Default Un Balanced A123 Pack

I have a 2300 A123 Pack, hasn't been used a lot, is a few years old, sat on the bench for the most part, after charging using my Cell Pro Multi 4 Charger, I checked the voltage and one cell reads 3.19 and the other 3.32, shouldn't they both be closer in voltage, is this pack still good to use, etc? what can I do to correct the difference?

Thanks.

Every A123 battery I've had has cell voltages that are nearly identical, even after several years of service. You might try cycling that battery and repeating a balance charge several times, but I don't think I would trust that battery if it were mine.
