Best Bang for the buck on a dual charger 200w per channel and internal resistance
Anyone know of a good 200w or 100w per channel charger that can handle 6s and can measure internal resistance???

Sorry, I didn't read your post completely.
For that kind of power you will need a DC powered charger, the higher the DC input voltage the more watts the charger can produce.

The Hitec D7 can handle those needs:
Power Peak D7 AC/DC Charging Station | HITEC RCD USA
It has 200W on each channel with a 400w internal AC power supply, and 2 channels means 2 packs at the same time. I can charge my 6S 5000 packs at about 8 amps, takes roughly 35 minutes to charge from storage voltage.

which one would you get of those two? And then compared to the hitec x2-700?

for that price on a ac/dc I would get the isdt d2 charger that has 200w/10a per channel for 100 less. That being said I am looking at your x2-700 but the person you have in charge of the product spec on this forum is a little bit off stating that the charger can pull the maps amps on 12v... I do not think 4mm bullets can pull that much amps on 12v.. That being said I will use a 12v power supply because I only need 200-300ish per side but with a good IR meter...
The X2 700 can in fact push 1400w on 12v but you're talking something in the realms of 120 amps required for that- not many have a 120 amp 12v supply. 4MM bullets can handle around 80 amps continuous before they get hot, but the intention was not to have people trying to pull that kind of current on 12V power. We have always recommended a minimum 24v power supply to operate the charger at 1400 watts (~60 amps on the connectors).

I have purchased a revolectrix gt1000 Duo. It was on special and it seems to be a more capable unit and the person that gives support here is really knowledable. I was reading on the hitec here and read a hitec rep stating that the charger could pull 120 amps through a 4mm bullet... In this case product support/feedback made my decision to go with revo and not to mention 5 year warrantied that is doubled by my credit card! In 10 years I would be needed a new charger for any new technology that may come out.
