Buiilding two 6v nimh sub c
Hello all... I am in the middle of a special project and it will require 12v dc for the motors. I am having trouble finding anything that is affordable and not too big in a 12v pack. So, I have two older 7.2v packs that i could dismantle and rebuild as two 6v packs with 5 cells in each.
But i have a couple questions:
Could i charge them at the same time or should i charge each pack separate?
Is there anything i should do the the cells before i put them back together?
Any other advice is welcome. I have built a few packs in my time but it has been awhile.
Thanks!

Hey fenderville, have you considered the 2/3a battery ?
your talking about smaller packs so I thought you may be able to use these.
Rechargeable 2/3A Size Assembly Batteries
click on one of the batteries and it will give specs. for physical size and capacity.
Just something for you to look into.
