Battery adapters?
I have a lot of batts with various connectors,,,,,,,my question is. Is it safe to use the various adapters out there as long as I can assure a connection won’t come apart. I’ve looked at the wireless ones which I tend to like better than the wired ones with the same gauge wire,,,,,I run a lot of 4and 6s batteries,,,,,,just curious....thanks....TAZZZZ

Your best bet is to standardize on one connector style. Personally, I don't use hobby grade connectors on my batteries. I immediately cut off the supplied connectors and crimp on APP connectors. I give the connectors I cut off to my buddies who use them.
If you haven't mastered basic soldering, now's the time to learn a new skill!

Thanks, Guyz.
I have a myriad of types, including the XT90. I must say that I like them the best.
Thanks for your confirmation. I've ordered some on line; ready to start standardisation.

Hi Max,
I use the 45A housings. I stock the three sizes of contacts to cover all the wire sizes I use. Some folks are critical of the size, but I've never run into a problem with the size. Heck, even my Slow Stick uses APP's
That 45A rating on APP's is very conservative and can be run continuously at that current, so short time bursts can be well above that level. More than anything I fly with electric power.
I also have gas/ignition engines in the 20 to 35cc range, but fly more and more electrics
Cheers,
Pete
