Default Sirius Chargers

If I used the transmitter charging port of my Sirius charger to charge my receiver battery pack,
would it charge any faster? Is the current any higher?

A few years ago I called Peak Electronics with the same question and if I remember right they told me it was at a lesser rate. I bought their adapter to charge rx batteries on the transmitter jack and while it is a little slower it still works fine but you need the proper adapter.

My Sirius Charge Pro puts out a regulated 550mA current on both outputs.

Thanks for the info guys. That will save me a little time, money and trouble.
I'm going to just get a charger with more delivery current capacity.

Thanks again.........Luke1
