Default duralite plus li-on

I have the powerbox with the duralites lithium ion batteries...

what is the best way to store them for long term? charged or discharged?

As far as I know it dosent matter, but if they have been sitting a long time run them down a bit and fully charge them before use.

Everything, I've read says store lithiums at full charge. They take a very long time to self-discharge,so this protects them. Still, cycle them once or twice after a long lay-off.
