Duralites ,correct voltage when charged???
Cant get this figured out . Have 9 duralites of various sizes , when fully charged they are supposed to have atleast 7.5 volts under a 1 amp load. Some do some dont and these are new bats, about 2 months . Using only duralite chargers, Some read 7.10 to 7.30,are these bats OK or bad already ? Someone please give me some real world info on this. Also how can I cycle these or is this nessasary?
Thanks Kent [sm=confused.gif]

RE: Duralites ,correct voltage when charged???
I am running three sets of 4000 ma duralites in my Kingcat. Two are rudundant receiver packs hooked up to a powerbox, one is for the ECU.
When fully charged, I get a voltage of about 8.1 volts measured through the charge safe plug. Under a one amp load, they will read between 7.8 and 7.9 volts.
I think 7.1 to 7.3 volts is too low. Stop fly is 6.9. I am still above 7.5 volts after three or four flights on the KC, which has 11 servos and run times in the 15 minute range. I would call Duralite as the others have suggested. I'm sure they will help you troubleshoot the problem.
