Default Are these batts any good

I was wandering if Grepow and Tieg batteries are any good
Do they hold up
Do they produce acceptable power for RC planes
I am needing to know because I found some at a really good price and I need some extra batt

Keep in mind you get what you pay for. For me, I always buy namebrand on batteries. Why risk a several hundred dollar airplane to save $10-15 on batteries.

Sanyo I think are pretty much the standard in RC.

Hay Gringo: Do you really live in the mountain area shown on your post? If so, what the heck do you do there? I spent a year in the Delta Amacurro area off the Cubini river near British Guina in the 50's. Love the country and the bush people. Don't think much of the city people, but I did not speak the language well.

I agree you get what you pay for but I still would like to know if anyone has tried these batts and how they preform
I only want them for my GWS Beaver

I bought some Tieg from Balsapr to try out....


never held capacity... never took a full charge.. I use them as a tester pack in the workshop.... I won't use them in a plane....it may just be this pack, but I only use good stuff.
I just bought the Tieg to try (they were too cheap to pass up...)
