[8D]I have a Sanyo 1000 mah rx battery pack with
a Futaba NR-4RB label on it. The battery pack
connector has the typical Futaba "flange" on it's
side. The pack has one red and one black set
of wiring from the pack to the connector.

I have a switch harness with Hitec connectors which
also appear to have one red and one black set
of wiring. Can I cut away the "flange" on the
Futaba rx battery connector and thus enable it
to be plugged into the switch harness with the
Hitec connectors??

Yes, just make sure red matches with red and black with black.
