Default TP Balancer Question

I have a TP balancer and a Dynamite charger.

Question: Should I plug the balancer into the plug while I am charging the battery or is it sufficient to plug the balancer in until the three lights go off unhook the blancar, then hook up the charger?

I leave mine connected while I charge, but I guess you could do it either way. After seeing a flurry of charge/discharge protectors hit the market I thought it was better to leave it connected. should do the same thing.

I would leave it connected. It will keep the cells in balance during the charge cycle.
