Default equinox cell balencer

hi,
i purchased the equinox cell balencer
when i plug the battery and charge it so the LED for cell #2 is blinking green, while LED #1 and #3 blink red.

is that ok?

is that like that in all equinox cell balencers?

thanks

You may be color blind. I have two equinox balancers and the led for cell one threw five are amber. The quick balance light is green, interface mode is red and error light is green. Can you post a picture of the balancer with the lights on? I t would be very helpful.

You might have simply gotten a unit with the wrong color of LED installed for your #2 cell indicator. Getting an exchange should be no problem.

My Equinox also has red LED's for #1 & #3, and green for #2. Since the little lights are close together, I suspect they may do this because it makes it easier to distinguish which cells are blinking.
