Default Li-po charger

My old charger [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXHNW5&P=ML]Great Planes Polycharge[/link] for my heli stopped working. Just out of nowhere. Its out of warrenty, so im thinking about this... http://www.bphobbies.com/view.asp?id...60&pid=U867328 . Nothing special, but i think its all I need. Just wondering if there was a better charger in this price range, or if this was just bad, and I should avoid it.

You are lucky. Now you have an excuse to get a CellPro, probably the best (and least expensive) LiPo charger/balancer on the market.

I think I found that charger, but its too expensive. I really have not reason to pay $70 for a charger, when i only need a very basic one. The one I picked is only $30, but I dont think thats because it bad quality, but because it doesnt have all those special features. I just posted here to make sure it is still quality.

probably any of those settings would do you just dandy. The higher setting would be about 75min charge where the lowest setting would probably be a 12 hour charge. I'd probably stick with 500mAh - 1200mAh

Ok, thanks. Ill use the 1200mA, when i just decide i want to fly, but like the 500Ma, when I charge in advance. Just because I heard charging slower is safer, for the battery

er you go. up to 4s .5,1,1.5,and 2a charge rates. even charge two 2 cell packs. On the cheap. I got one, works great, nothing fancy but gets you into the current era of balance chargers...its safer too.
