Default In 2 packs batt sys.can you mix

Hi
When you are running to batt set up with one receiver and two switches, can you use one pack Nickel Cadmium and one pack Metal ?

Default In 2 packs batt sys.can you mix

I suppose you can use these two different technologies as they both offer the same static voltage rating per cell. Be sure and use battery packs with the same cell count and or voltage rating. You may find that one discharge faster than the other as the two technologies differ as to internal resistance and discharge characteristics.
