Default Lipo question LOSB9820 (7.4V/2000mAh)

I just switched over to lipo on my 8ight B and T. I am using Losi lipo LOSB9820 and was wondering what the minimum voltage is I can take this battery to without damaging it? It's a 2 cell battery.

Thanks!

Resting voltage should never be allowed to be 7 volts approx.
