Default Horizon Hobby Custumer Service A+

It seems more often than not, people are quick to write negative comments about products and vendors when things don't go their way. So I thought I might take the time to write about a positive experience I had with Horizon.

I recently returned a JR 2700mah Sport battery pack to Horizon because I thought it was not cycling too full capacity. Horizon tested the battery and it tested fine for capacity and function, and gave a brief explanation on battery testing. However, in the interest of customer service they replaced the battery free of charge. Wow, I guess it does pays to purchase quality products from reputable vendors.

Thank you Horizon for the positive experience and great customer service

Yea, I agree. The one time a had a problem with one of their products, it was fixed immediately. Rich
