Am I damaging my nicads
For the past several weeks I have been overnight charging my batteries every Friday with the intention of flying during the weekend, but unfortunately the weather among other things have prevented me from flying. Am I damaging my batteries by constantly charging them and not using them.

Most likely"NO". All NiXX cells self discharge pretty quickly, so a week between charges should be fine. If you're talking about a wall-wart type charger for your TX and RX there's definitely no problem. If you're talking about flight batteries you are probably using a peak detection charger which shuts itself offf when the batt is full.
