Default Internal resistance of nimh cells

A quick question regarding some of my used side-by-side Nimh packs.

I've a couple packs of side-by-side 6 cells 4500 Nimh packs which are starting to show increased internal resistance, hovering around 200milli-ohm. They have been used quite a bit so most likely it's due to aging?
The good packs are reading 70~80 when fully charged, up from 50~60 a few months back.

My question is, since I solder them into packs myself, is there a possibility I can pick out the lousy cells and re-pack the other good cells?
If that is possible, what do I look out for which will tell me that a particular cell is still good?

My Eagle Racing charger/discharger is capable of
-1 cell (& above) charging/discharging,
-showing internal resistance,
-adjustable charge/discharge rate,
-adjustable peak detection,
-voltage reading.

Any suggestions or opinions? Many thanks.

Question for you. How do you measure the resistence in your battery packs?

Thanks, Mike

The charger has the function.
While charging or discharging, it shows the internal resistance.

Yea BUT!
You open a can of worms cause if new cells are much better than older cells then cell reversal becomes an issue. It is time comsuming to match cells. Anything can be done but cells wear out as a pack so the others cells are going bad as you replace the weaker ones it never stops until all cells have been replaced. If one cells is bad thats another story.

Well, it is indeed time consuming to check cell by cell, which was what I have been doing. Sure take time but that's why RC appeal to me so much, it's discovery of some sort and that interest me.
It's just a matter of time before I go Lipo, but for now I'm just trying to understand and learn as much as I can about batteries.
