HZ Champ or Cox Sky Ranger
Trying to decide between HZ Champ or Cox Sky Ranger. New to flying and torn between the two. Want one of these smaller planes so that once I learn maybe I can fly at home(pretty tight quarters) I've run boats and cars for over 20 yrs so RC isn't new, just flying. Any comparisons?

Doesn't seem so weird to me. Maybe someone thought they would have a better chance for an ANSWER to their question by posting int two places.

Cross posting is generally considered bad etiquette. Pick the appropriate forum and ask the question.
That said, There's little difference between the two, so pick the one you like the looks of. I can see yellow better so I'd go with the champ, but that's just me. Do make sure you have a BIG area to fly in with no trees or power lines, and preferably a patch of tall grass to land in for the first few times. Both planes are going to be extremely wind sensitive, so only go out on a dead calm day for your first couple of outings.
