multiplex magistrar brushless motor (new to planes!)
Hello,
I am extremely new to RC planes, but I just bought 4 of them and I have a few questions. One of the planes was a multiplex magistrar without a motor. here is the picture of it:http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1606142
Anyway, I was wondering how I should go about getting a motor for it, should I go with a brushed motor like the one that came with it. It's this one:http://www.philshobbyshop.com/catalo...sku=MPUM332670(one like it because this one is not available I don't think.)
Or, if I wanted to go brushless, how big of a motor would I need, and what type of ESC and batteries should I buy?
Also, what type of grease should Iuse on foam planes? Like for the joints on the ailerons and rudders, etc? And plastic? I assume WD40 is no good Thanks so much for your help in advance!
I am sure I will have more questions in the future
