Default set timing on OS 61

One of our club members has a OS61 4s and needs to set the timing. He said there is no mark of any kind on the cam gear. Is that possible. If so how do you set the timing. Thanks bunch.

With the piston at Top Dead Center, you set the cam timing like this: (picture made by MinnFlyer)
