Next plane after HZ Mini super cub
Hi Everyone,
So I am relatively new to the hobby, and to the forum, so apologize in advance if the same topic has been asked a million times before already.
I have been flying the HZ Mini Super Cub for a few weeks now and all in all I enjoyed it. It crashed quite a few times but was easily repairable, and the latest crash caused the shaft to get bent and gearbox to break, so I am waiting on the new gearbox/shaft to arrive. I will say that all the latest repairs have given me a good basic sense of how things work and I feel comfortable stepping up the game (I am a fairly technical/mechanical person by nature)
In parallel, I have been toying with the idea of getting something that would be considered next step up, with 4 channels. What are some recommendations you guys would have? The only thing is I will need something that can sustain winds a little better than the Mini, anything above 6-7 mph rendered the thing very unpredictable. Thanks all in advance

RE: Next plane after HZ Mini super cub
If you are still crashing the mini Super Cub, you had better stick with it for a couple of more months. The Apprentice is a great plane if you have access to a club and instructor. If you are still crashing a mini Super Cub, you ain't ready for the "next" step up. Fly the mini Super Cub until you can takeoff, fly and land consistently. Then you will be ready for that first "second" plane.
