RE: NEED HELP WITH RADIO SELECTION

The older Conquest radio may not be be usable. The FCC put in new regulations for RC use in 1991. If the radio was not compliant (uaed a wide band frequency instead of narrow band) you had to send it off and get it certified to the new FCC guidelines put in place in 1991. These radios were certified with a gold sticker with the date 1991. A few of the Conquest systems transmit on AM frequencies and would not be legal now. Please be aware of this and do not assume you can use the Conquest radio.

RE: NEED HELP WITH RADIO SELECTION

All the major radio makers have support forums on RCU. This is the one for Hitec. Great place to look for an answer to your question or to post the question directly.
