Default Futaba 3001 Servo

I'm new to the hobby and building a Sig Kadet trainer (70" wingspan). I've installed Futaba 3001 servos and beginning to question myself as to how reliable and durable they will be in a plane this size. Any advice and recommendations would be appreciated.

Perfect choice, have no fear. I, along with practically everyone in our club, have used these servos for years in 40-46 size airplanes and larger, actually everything from .25 to at least .60 size. Never a single failure, never heard of a single failure. Jim

Indeed you made and excellent choice for servos and your Kadet certainly does not require anything more than what in the past have been referred to as 'standard' servos.

No problems with that servo. I had 3001 in my LT-40 years ago
