regular gas and 2-stroke oil is fine. It's the same as kind of motor that's in your chainsaw or weedeater. Mix the fuel the same as you would them. I use 32 to 1, but that's me, I know some people like to go leaner on the oil. For the initial start-up 32:1 should be fine. Watch the heat and don't over rev it. If you have a manual read it.

NO, YOU CAN'T!
Your engine is designed for glow fuel, with is a mixture of alcohol and lubricants. It won't run on gasoline.
There are hobby engines designed for gasoline, but they are larger and more expensive.

Going back a while i sacrificed an old OS20 to try fuels out, basicaly the Methanol based fuels with various amounts of oil & nitro work best, i also got it to run on acetone & oil, petrol & oil, 2K paint solvent and oil, the engine ran but only JUST, i also tried a heap of other combinations but these are the ones that actualy ran.

Gasoline is used in a spark ignition engine. Glow engines run on a glow plug. With this said, gasoline will not work in a glow engine. If you modify a glow engine with a electronic spark ignition, it will run. You will need to modify the carb to allow less fuel, but it is possible.

Beginner !:
That engine is made to run on glow fuel. The glow plug has platinum in the element. The platinum is a catalyst for the methanol that causes it to burn. You can convert such an engine to gasoline. You need to add a spark ignition to the engine to do so. However the cost of the perts to do so would probably be 3 or more times what the engine cost initially. And would require a lot of modification.
If you just want to run the engine for demonstrations you should use glow fuel. If you want to use gasoline I suggest you look in the classifieds here and buy a used gas engine for your perposes.

Never use gasoline with a glow plug. Gasoline is much more volatile than glow fuel. With the glow plug battery attached and a little too much gasoline it could get ugly.
