I'm headed out to solo, wish me luck!
Thanks to a great instructor (I'm his first student), I'm ready to take the next step. Twistr, you said you thought I was ready, so I'm headin out to give it a go (got a friend who's been flying a while that's going too, just in case). I'll let you know how it goes.

How about, Break a prop 
seems as appropriate as telling an actor to break a leg!
