Fuel tank used is a Dubro S-16. I also tried the aluminum landing gear and carbon fiber landing gear and there is no flight characteristics change. With the DA-50 I don't need more than 1/4 of throttle, a lot of Power!!!!!!!!

Hey Digger,
Your build looks like its going well. I picked up my Extra right off the attic shelf, a friend was clearing some of his inventory. And is going into jets. The plane is about three quarters built, fully covered, I hope this will be a good thing after seeing all of the adds you have encountered. A G-45 came with this model, brand new in the box. I have been looking at the DA's too. I am ready to start putting the pieces together, checking CG will be the first thing I do "Thanks to you guy's". Thanks for the heads-up Cyberwolf.

No time at all, work has me buried this year. Hopefully this will change soon.

Cool glad to hear all is well.
I just starter my Midwest Extra 300s. I bought the kit when it first released, 1995, or 96 I think.
Now I have time and work area to build it, along with a 1/3 scale lanier laser 200.
