It is great to see another women pilot on here, good to know I'm not the only women pilot.

You might be right when you say most boys just wanna play on their X-Box and not go outside. Although, at my field their are a couple young pilots that are guys, that are really into it and love flying. I know that theirs hope for girls, just like combatpigg said, " nothing is absolute or etched in stone " Sure, their'll be them times when somebody makes a comment, or speaks their mind about a girl flying. I've had a lot of comments & snickers pointed my way. Regardless, of comments made someone should make that decision him/herself if flying is worth it enough, to push off the comments and prove themselves. Now, that I'm all soloed up and am learning aerobatics, etc. I'm out their proving to them that a girl can fly RC as good (or better) as anyother guy out their. BTW - I think that it is very cool that your getting to teach those kids.

RE: Women fliers
Okay, now that is a GREAT story. I eventually hope to have a career in aviation one day, but, I'm still young and I still have a lot of thinking to do. So, these stories really inspire me and make me think about women and what role they played in aviation, especially back in WWII.
