Which LiPo and which Field charger?
I wil be getting a multiplex easystar Kit. I am planning to power it with a LiPo
Any suggestions which is the best brand for Lipos and also what capacity I shd get
I am also thinking of getting a multiplex DC charger. Is it good? I wil be charging Lipos and Nicads on it. Or any other brand I shd get? Not too costly.

Lipo's are an investment.
Treated right and they will last a long time.
Don't scrimp on the charger. A good charger will last a LONG time and permit you to condition/test/cycle, etc. batteries.
I have several chargers but my ICE charger is my "go to" one.
It's differing capabilities make it the most flexible one I own.
The lack of dials, also mean that the settings are accurately controlled by the on board processor.
The thermocouple assures that the batteries do not overheat during charge, nor that they explode if I am away for a second.
A good charger is like a good computer controlled radio, buy the right one and you may only ever have to purchase one.
Buy the wrong one and you'll be eyeing another one soon.

Yup.
It's been rebranded by Tower as the TC charger too for more $$$ and a bit more capacity.
There's even an aftermarket backlight kit available for it, though I have not tried it.

I have purchased several LIPOS from United Hobbies in Hong Kong. They seem to have THE lowest prices, and good quality. They offer several chargers too. Careful about returning defective or warranty parts back- it's a bear. But value wise, they are tough to beat.

I also recommend the ICE. It will also charge A123 which may be the coming cells and has memory for 10 distinct charge rates and cell size . Only thing is you will need an Ac / Dc power supply.

And the a DC power supply is not a big issue if you have a slight experience with soldering. I mean very slight experience as all you're doing is soldering a big resister to a big wire .
See this thread, I was able to make a power supply for free by using one of my old power supplies from a computer. It's not hard to get ahold of a used power supply. 300W with 12A power supplies are all over the place .
Check out the original thread, and again if you do not understand it, don't hesitate to ask here or PM me. http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5680951/tm.htm
Oh and I also use the ICE charger. Excellent charger for up to 10 cells (nimh and nicd), lipo, A123

I've been using the AccuCycle Elite for the past few years now.. Nice charger, comes with power supply for the house, and clips for your field battery at the field.. Does a great job of cycling rx/tx batteries and will handle up to a 3 cell lipo.. I don't know if it will do A123 batteries or not..

Like many many others, I did as what n19htmare is suggesting.
When I removed the PC wires I put a Rat Shack on off toggle switch in their place.
The supply is cheap ( as in almost free! ) as it cost me $18.00 in parts which went into making TWO of these DC supplies.
You spend more time clipping off the old PC wires and making sure that they cannot short or contact anything else. Cutting them right to the circuit board does the best job....
Total time spent for me to make a supply, about 45 minutes after the first.
