3-blade propellers and/or bigger wheels are also good cures for ground clearance problems. An 11x6/11x7 three-blade propeller should provide similar engine loading and performance to 12x6 2-blade. Replacing your 2 1/2" wheels with 3" wheels will provide an extra 1/4" of clearance and may improve ground handling on rough grass.
UPS guy brought my ARF yesterday and it turns out it came with 3" main wheels and a 2 3/4" front. So far this is a very sweetly built plane. And my Magnum .52 comes in Tuesday! WooT!
