Everyone should keep a HZ Super Cub or a Parkzone T-28 in their trunk at all times. Yeah, I build kits, and enjoy both building and flying them. I also buy ARF's and enjoy flying them because I don't have the time build every kind of plane I'd like to fly. But I probably get the most flight time and fun on the T-28 cause it will do just about anything I want and I can fly it anywhere, in my back yard, behind my kid's school while I'm waiting to pick them up, or behind the parking lot at work on my lunch break, etc.

I see someone finally mentioned the Sr. Falcon. The best all around flyer I have ever owned. Put a .61 engine and 3" wheels on it and you can fly it anywhere. It's rock solid upright or inverted, although it doesn't snap well. The air frame will keep it from overspeeding so down hill manouvers are easy for the inexperienced. Whith the .61 it hits top speed at about half throtle, it just gets louder after that, but with full it goes vertical. Don't be fooled into thinking the Falcon 56 is the same only smaller. They are compleatly different creatures. The 56 is a rocket compared to the Sr. and not as forgiving on landing. I have had both, and they are both great flyers just completely different.

RE: Planes that everybody should have..
One of the airplanes I have always regretted selling was my senior falcon. I sure do miss it. Another really good airplane is the Britty Air cruiser, I have built two of those. The Goldberg Chippy is another must fly, Built one and I am currently building another for a friend. GP .40 ultimate is a nice flying airplane, built one of those. Ace Cloud Dancer .40 is a nice sport flyer, built one of those. A nice float plane is the Northstar .40, built one of those. The SIG Something Extra is unbeatable as far as building and flying, built one of those(mid air did that one in). Some nice ARFs I have assembled are the H9 Edge 540, WM midget Mustang(super fast), H9 Funtana .40, all good flying planes. After the Chipmunk I am building I will be building the BTE Flying king, need a utility plane to drop my GI Joe action figure and mount my video camera.

Well I will put in my two cents worth with my vote towards the Hangar nine 27% Extra 260 for being simple to assemble and a blast to fly and for the GP Venus 40 for being a great sport flier.
