Gearbox installation problems
How can I fasten the pinion wheel onto the shaft of the motor? I've tried with epoxy, but that doesnt work.
Also : how do you adjust the length of the motor shaft, if that is possible in an easy way.
thanks

The pinion should be a fairly tight press fit. If it's really loose, you have the wrong pinion, or the motor shaft has been ground down.
You can sometimes use "Loctite," or another thread locking compound when the fit isn't quite tight enough.
The only way to adjust the length of the motor shaft is to cut it. You can't make it longer.
