Default Why would the end bell pop out?

I have an E-Flite BL32 DF motor in a prop model, and I am not flogging it to death I think - running 5S and a 7-5 prop, 5 flights. What would be the cause of the blue anodized forward end bell to pop out of the motor case? It separated by enough in flight to almost come right out of the case. I am using the two piece Maxx type 28mm clamps on a Hayes glow engine mount.
