Hobbyking 40A ESC not responding (URGENT)
Hey everyone,
Was just about to go for the maiden of my 800mm race wing when the ESC stopped working. It turns the receiver on but not for long as it'll just turn off whenever i try to move a servo. Also, the motor won't start either. Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers,

I assume you tested the receiver and servos with another esc or each in a working plane or with an amp meter to rule out a faulty servo or receiver? If not then do that first as you may have a servo overloading.
If the receiver and servos are fine then the esc's bec circuit is damaged. Get a new esc , something better than the hk junk like a Castle.
Or you can try installing a 4.8-5v battery to the receiver or install an external bec and test if the esc will still power the motor and fly it that way. Just remember to disconnect the red wire from the esc plug.
