I'm upgrading my fleet of brushed Speed 400-based combat foamies to use a modern E-Flight Six Series 2000 Kv brushless motor.

Can I get some brushless ESC + BEC recommendations in the 35-40 amp range for the following use case:

• the motor and the ESC will be embedded in EPP foam with very little ventilation, so I need something that will stay cool
• I will *not* be pushing this motor hard or running it fast; I plan to use a folding prop on an as-needed basis to stay aloft and penetrate the wind
• I need to program a soft start as well as a brake setting for the folding prop
• I will probably only run at 7.2 volts, but I'd like the option to try out an 11.1 volt battery as well

In the past with my brushed setup, I used a Castle Creations Pixie 20 amp ESC + BEC, but I'm sure a lot has changed in the last 10+ years.
