We're not too far from Balsa Products and 1 fellow at the field has had the BP brushless for a few weeks now. It flys his little, home made 3-D foamy great. Should fly a Shocky very well.

I will be putting mine on the nose of my new Yak54 Shock Flyer. I will post pics and comments when I get around to building it.

I'm throwing together a foamy right now, Sunday. I'll be dropping by Balsa Products tomorrow and pick up one of these motors for it.

hi, Ghee, i like your set up , its very nice, i have been using a lot of products from BP, Bob and Dave are always ready to answer questions and help me with tech problem, they only problem i have with BP is with this BP-21 outrunner, first, the BP-21 does not seem to fit the grey motor mounting that come with it, dono how to fit BP-21 onto the grey mount. second, the bell ( the round turning hub ) and its shaft wud easily bend, and wobble !!! i am not sure if you are comfortable with this BP outrunner, please share with us your thoughts. i got this bp-21 from one of the LH shop, not direct from Balsa Prod, so had not bother bob/dave with these questions ... thanks / crazy mustang

I picked up my BP12 outrunner/BP10 esc combo Friday. The plastic mount was easy enough to modify. If that's to much work, www.topcreationsrc.com has some nice machined aluminum mounts for the 10mm stub. I soldered the esc to the motor wires but my motor doesn't seen to work. It buzzes a little but wont spin. I hope it's only a low battery. Yes, those are my feet.

I've checked everything but my BP12 still wont work. I e mailed Balsa Products about the problem. I live 10 minutes from them and I hope they'll let me stop by tomorrow so they can look at it.

Here's my stick mount. The motor now runs fine. As a last resort I changed receivers and that was it.
