Default Firewall Motor Mounting

My new Ultrafly Frio motor came with 4 wood screws to attach the unit backplate to the firewall. Is this all that is needed?

I'm an "old school" glow flyer and I'm used to using machine screws and blind nuts to hold an engine on the front.

I know that one of the benefits of an electric motor is the lack of vibration associated with a recip engine, just want to make sure this is an accepted practice.

Go for the blind nuts (or Nylock) and machine screws - I'm an old diesel guy and I've never trusted any wood screw!

Brian: The wood screws are fine, just as the sheet metal screws to mount your engine to a composit mount is fine. Just harden the screw hole with thin CA as a good safety measure. (I don't trust anything!!@!)
