Default Small EDF Motors - Jeti ESC Setup ?

Setting up a small EDF motor (MP Jet AC 25/25-26) with a Jeti SPIN for an Alpha Mig 15. Not sure what setup option to use ...... are these motors considered outruners ? I also have the JETIBOX to further customize the setup. Wondering what the best setup is for these small high RPM motors. Thanks. Bob

Default RE: Small EDF Motors - Jeti ESC Setup ?

I think it is an inrunner, with only two poles! Few poles calls for low advance (timing) usually. Could propably be harmed if you use high advance, start at 0-4`. Don`t know if it is slotless, so I would recommend 8kHz PWM first and check ESC-temp. If ESC is cool you might get an advance at 16kHz, but check ESC-temp if you do advance! If ESC gets warmer, reduce PWM again..
