Default Does LIPOs Batteries needs to Be Broken In?

I've been flying glow for over 34 years, and have recently started flying electrics and converted many of old 1/2A and .10 size planes (attic queens) to electric with very good success. My questions is does LIPOs need break in? Such as staying away from high current draw situations (Hot Liners come to mind) for the first few flights. Currently, to conserve my LIPOs, I keep power usage to about 2/3 capacity and charge at about 70% of the nominal charge rate. Thanks

no break-in needed but dischargeing to 2/3 is good idea. They should be fully charged though and best done useing a balance charger. definitly obtaining a wattmeter good idea.
