Default Speed 400 - Equivalent Glow?

I am building a 40" span Castaibert IV plane weighing 2 lbs. It is designed for speed 400 motor. Since I am not in electrics I want to know what is the equivalent glow engine size that I can use.

Thanks.

If it weighs 2lbs, it's not designed for a Speed 400 motor. The heaviest plane a Speed 400 can reasonably propel through the air is about 1.5lb.

What you need to do is look for a glow plane of similar size and weight, and see what it's powered with. As an educated guess, I'd have to say a .10-.15 would be plenty.

Thank you Matt. I would try it with a .15 engine.
