You need the old style side exhaust .21 with a short head. Here are a few I found on ebay.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-LEO-...item483d352e7a
Here is a used one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Rc-E...item3a6a36dffc
Here is a non pull start variant of the same motor http://www.ebay.com/itm/Royal-21-nit...item483d352e27
If I am not mistaken, these engines are identical to the magnum (which is a clone of the OS SE-B). Personally, I would go for the Leo, these old .21's are getting hard to find. Without modification, you would not be able to put a new style big block in your car. The head would be too tall, the rear bulkhead would get in the way of the header, and the engine itself would be a bit too long.
Edit: I was looking around after I posted and found a genuine OS SE-B. It's spendy, but it is a proven engine. http://www.ebay.com/itm/O-S-Max-SE-B...item483d352fa8

WOW, thank you very much! I didn't think anyone would have much info on this car. I will look into all of these engines, I like the leo cause of the price and pull start. And It looks as if i could slap my existing parts back on and it would work.
Thank you soo much again.

Make sure you have the room for the pull start. The heads on these engines are designed to deflect the air passing through them. There were quite a few older cars that used this type of engine, and some of them had a different layout, so not all engines came with the heads facing the right way for specific applications. The head on the Leo would have to be taken off and turned around 180 degrees to work properly, you want air to enter from the front, then move along the gentle curve of the fins. Without the head facing the right direction, these engines overheat very quickly.
