Is the LRP Spec 3 engine at Tower an 8 port?
I almost placed an order at Tower Hobbies for the LRP Z.28R Spec 3 w/Pull Start. when I noticed they described it as a six port engine.
Does anyone know if this engine http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXKYU8&P=ML is the actual 8 port LRP that everyone raves about, or is it actually the 6 port as described. I have a feeling it may actually be the Spec 2 engine for sale, or they just used the description of the Spec 2, or maybe the Spec 3 is actually a six port engine, and not an 8 port one that I have read about.
Can anyone give me any info that is "for sure" about this "Tower" engine?
Thanks in advance
Dennis

RE: Is the LRP Spec 3 engine at Tower an 8 port?
Well, that is nice to know...just don't rebuild the Spec 3, because if you order spec 3 parts, you are gonna get the 5 or 6 port sleeve from Tower. Guess Spec 3 parts aren't out yet.
