RE: More Nitro Content?
Getting along is boring. What would we discuss? Maybe we can sit around and agree something about the weather. LOL
Let's agree to disagree on another thing. You can not regain compression by removing a shim and/or using a hotter plug. It might be somewhat of a band-aid but basically when the engine is worn out you're SOL and need to get new parts.

RE: More Nitro Content?
LoL ok im sorry for the confusion that I started with all this. I never really finished my last post cuz I got hung up with other stuff at the moment. What I meant to say was like lsurber said, if you dont tune it for the 30% then your going to overheat it and cause excessive wear on parts. I think that its depends on the size of the engine too, bigger engines should tolerate the 30% better then the smaller. But wouldent running 30% for more oil and richening the mix up kinda defeat the purpose of the power that 30% makes over 20%(JMO)? Here where I live alot of track drivers just run 20 or lees because its really expensive for 30%($40-$50 for a gallon). Im also not saying not to buy more nitro im just trying to say that if you dont retune for more nitro your going to need $(I dont have alot*sad*).
PS, Thanks lsurber for clearing all this up, im sorry everyone

$40-$50 for a gallon of 30% fuel. You guys are getting raped.
$25 shipped is pretty much what I pay, even lower if I pick it up.

I've been running TQ fuel this season. $105 shipped for 4 gallons from www.tqfuel.com.
Next year I'm trying Tilted Fuel from www.bmainhobbies.com. That's the local track for me and plenty of that stuff has been burnt this summer.

Hmm look like a good idea, I hear Topfuel is something you should stay away from right? What makes it bad as someone said in another fourm?
