Default Setting up an O.S. .18CV-RX for 30%nitro

I have an old RS4-3 SS with the stock .12 SS motor in it and yesterday I saw a nice new motor in the case at the hobby shop and picked it up.

I also picked up a gallon of O'Donnell 30% because thats all they had and I felt like stepping it up a little. Its been a little while since I read about running 30% but I remember running a colder plug was a good idea and I remember reading about shimming the head but not sure if it was necessary.

What should I do to safely run 30% in this nice new (discontinued) O.S. Engine?

You might have to add another shim. But if you run a cold plug with 30% you should be ok though
