Is there any fix for a pull starter that wont engage the crank?? Mine grabs for like one reveloution, then I just pull air for a few times, then it'll grab for another rotation.. Makes it a pain in the butt getting the motor started.. (I cant afford a starter box or shaft starter, so that's not an option at the moment) Thanks for any ideas..

Sounds like your 1 way bearing is going out on you. There usually fairly cheap to replace.

I was affraid of that.. Things brand new though? But it does sound like the one way is spinning both ways though dont it.. Oh well, thanks for the info!

I had a pull start do the same thing to me and it turned out to be the one way bearing.
rcsuperstore.com has HPI one ways for $12.99. Just type in one way bearing in the search bar.

the bearing prolly just needs to be cleaned. take it out and clean it with some carb cleaner.
