    35% Carden Cap 232 cg

    Picked up a second hand 35% carden cap 232 and need help with the cg. I know it balances to the front of the wingtube. Is that upright or inverted????

    That is done upright and the CG is right where that plane will fly the best.

    HINT, for the first few flights, keep the elevator throw around 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch at the widest part. it will not look like much but is plenty. With that amount of throw, you could easily put this plane into a very deep stall. I've used that throw for inverted harriers and could pop the plane into a hover then switch to 3D rates, this plane is so stable when low and slow and inverted
