Default Carden 40% Extra 300 Midwing?

Is this plane good at both IMAC and 3D? If not which would be the best for both? I really like the long canopy but would like something that will IMAC and 3D well. Thanks

??? I just started into IMAC and one observation I've made is that most Pilots have one IMAC Plane and one Freestyle Plane (3D). From Build Threads over the past 12 months, I would say the 300 is THE Plane for IMAC, just my .02 cents. Do the 300 for IMAC and get something else to throw around (3D).

Its the pilot not the plane that makes the perfect setup. The 300 will 3D with the best of them. And flys perfect IMAC lines The 260 will do the same. Buy what you like the looks of and learn to fly it well. Its that simple.

I know one picture does not make a story, but the attached picture (and I have some others on the Carden 300 galleries page) hints that the Carden 300 is only limited in 3D by the pilot.

Good point! You can set your Plane up for both and then the Pilot becomes the limiting factor.
