Default ofna 25 tuning help

Hello all.
I hope somebody can help me tune ofna force 25. The ofna website shows only 28 and 32 series. I would be ok with those tips but the needle that is normally a LSN in most engines is suggested to be left alone but left alone where? How many turns??? I cleaned the engine and that particular needle was out of the engine and then screwed back in. What now?
I'm lost. Can anybody help?

The manual says on the Hi speed needle...3- 3.5 turns out from closed. (all the way in)
the manual is on ofna website.

Make LSN FLUSH ..then just adjust hsn .when u get the engine start ,then u can adjust lsn.
