Cruisin' Day
Every year this time, The town I live in closes off its streets and every classic car in the area comes out of hiding and shows up. Late in the afternoon, they have a cruise, any car made before 1968 (40 years or older). There must have been a couple of thousand today, perfect weather. Here's a few examples, the last pic shows one of two streets that had cars lined up on both sides for about eight blocks:

RE: Cruisin' Day
It's kind of odd, the mix is different every year. There are usually several Shelby Mustangs of different years and a few Boss 302's and even a Boss 429. None this year. And there weren't very many Mopars, either. Usually a couple of Shelby Cobra replicars, and there has been an original Shelby 427 Cobra most years, they didn't show this year. Lots of custom rods, lots of '55,'56, and '57 Chevy's, lots of Camaro's and Chevelle's, quite a few Fords of the mid to late '50's.
