sc10 2wd ball diff issue

I stripped the plastic fears in diff. I bought MIB ball diff kit. I rebuilt the diff. The old diff spins opposite direction when turning one side of fear. My rebuilt diff the spin same direction. It spins smooth until I put all gears back into diff housing then it has one spot it will bind up. what did I do wrong. I'm new at this nightmare hobby. Help thank you ken
