GST 7.7 External 2nd speed one way bearing mod ++NOW WITH VIDEO++
So here's the gig! I finally got sick and tired of replacing the one way bearings on the external 2nd speed one way bearing. Either they break due to my own mistakes or they just wear out and they are not cheap so i sat here one day trying to figure out a way to get rid of it and i came up with a solution that works awesome and its the best thing i've ever done to my GST and i'm sure for the people out there that are sick of replacing them they'll like this also. No more spin outs and no need to ever replace a one way bearing again. Here's a video that i made so you can see exactly what i'm talking about and i did. Enjoy!

Cool looks like a good mod!!
But I cant think of a time I've had to replace that OWB.. Good mod anyway and it shifts, do you have third gear in it?

interesting mod, but I wonder if you don't have a misalignment or something as I've never killed a OWB either.

RE: GST 7.7 External 2nd speed one way bearing mod ++NOW WITH VIDEO++
i bash my truck everyday. Wether its on the road or at the track down the road so i break stuff all the time. I've set my gear mesh to loose and trashed one and i've bought a brand new set and had the screws that hold on the spur came loose and trash one and i've bought one that didn't work off jump street.
So, i guess i should say that this is for the people that have trashed a one way bearing and don't want to buy another one and also for the people that haven't trashed one yet but eventually will.
Its here for other people so if it applies to you then use it and if it don't apply to you then don't use it. I just figured i'd post this just incase someone else can possibly use it.
